As you know, the date for our Annual Meeting has been changed to Thursday, June 10 at 6:30pm at our community pool. The meeting previously scheduled for May 31st was canceled due to a lack of a quorum. If you have not submitted your ballot material, please do so now. This is your second notice.

You should be receiving a notice in the mail shortly (download the PDF). Please read the enclosed voting instructions carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Each homeowner will have three minutes (if needed) to address the Board at the annual meeting during open forum.

Our Association has received several reports of vandalism in the pool area. The issue involves broken/missing pool furniture, not picking up trash and adding soap to the spa. Any additional chemicals to the spa seriously damages the water pH level. This results in expensive weekly (versus monthly) spa draining to correct the problem.

We need to respect our facilities. If the problem continues, we may need to close the spa. You can help by reporting problems when you see them.

If you see anyone vandalizing our community property, please contact us immediately. We need as much information as possible including the names of the people and where they live (if available), the date/time, and a detailed description of the vandalism that occurred. If you have a camera, take pictures of the vandalism and send it to us.

We hope these steps will help reduce the problem in the future. Our Association is also looking into ways to prevent this type of activity.
