Homeowners' Association

There will be a special meeting on Wednesday, June 30th starting at 6pm at our community pool. Homeowners and residents are encouraged to attend.

We will be discussing pool rules, violations and enforcement, signage as well as potential liability concerns. Click here to view agenda.

Each homeowner will be given three minutes to present his/her thoughts and concerns.

Thanks to all the Woodwind residents who helped make this weekend’s community garage sale a success! Also, a special thank you to Patti Sanshey of Judson Real Estate, who supplied doughnuts, assisted with our raffle, and encouraged potential home buyers to attend.

As you know, the date for our Annual Meeting has been changed to Thursday, June 10 at 6:30pm at our community pool. The meeting previously scheduled for May 31st was canceled due to a lack of a quorum. If you have not submitted your ballot material, please do so now. This is your second notice.
